Francesc " Cesc " Fabregas, born 4 May 1987, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for English club Chelsea and the Spain national team.
Fabregas succeeded through La Masia, Barcelona's youth academy, leaving at 16 when he was signed by English Premier League side Arsenal in September 2003.
