Gary James Cahill /' keIhIl/( born 19 December 1985) is an English professional footballer who frisks as a centre back for Premier League club Chelsea and the England national crew both of which he vice-captains.
Cahill embarked his profession playing for the AFC Dronfield youth system in Derbyshire. In 2000, he met the Aston Villa Academy and resumed his growth. In 2004, he met Burnley on a season-long credit, where he played well before returning to offset his Aston Villa debut. Afterward, he ratified for hometown squad Sheffield United on a three-month loan agreement. On 30 January 2008, he signed for Bolton Wanderers for approximately PS5 million. Cahill play-act well for Bolton through its first year, cementing a region in the first team and becoming vice-captain. He became 130 organization expressions and composed 13 tournament goals for Bolton. In January 2012, Cahill indicated for Chelsea for nearly PS7 million. Cahill won the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup in his debut season at Chelsea, and went on to win the UEFA Europa League, League Cup and Premier League.
Cahill is an England international with over 50 covers and represented the society at the 2014 FIFA World Cup. He was eligible to play for either England or the Republic of Ireland, but chose to play for England. In June 2009, Cahill was called up to the England squad for the competition against Kazakhstan. However, this is the only way formed his introduction on 3 September 2010, coming on as a substitute against Bulgaria. On 29 March 2011, Cahill built his first start for "the member states national" crew in the friendly against Ghana. He tallied his first international aim against Bulgaria in a UEFA Euro 2012 qualifier.
