Gary James Cahill /' keIhIl/( born 19 December 1985) is an English professional footballer who plays as service centres back for Premier League club Chelsea and the England national squad both of which he vice-captains.
Cahill embarked his occupation playing for the AFC Dronfield youth system in Derbyshire. In 2000, he assembled the Aston Villa Academy and resumed his change. In 2004, he met Burnley on a season-long lend, where he acted long before returning to draw his Aston Villa debut. Later, he signed for hometown golf-club Sheffield United on a three-month credit distribute. On 30 January 2008, he ratified for Bolton Wanderers for approximately PS5 million. On 29 March 2011, Cahill uttered his first start for "the member states national" crew in the friendly against Ghana. He composed his first international goal against Bulgaria in a UEFA Euro 2012 qualifier.
