Gary James Cahill /' keIhIl/( born 19 December 1985) is an English professional footballer who plays as service centres back for Premier League club Chelsea and the England national team both of which he vice-captains.
Cahill originated his job playing for the AFC Dronfield youth system in Derbyshire. In 2000, he attached the Aston Villa Academy and prolonged his progress. In 2004, he met Burnley on a season-long lend, where he accomplished long before returning to utter his Aston Villa debut. Eventually, he signed for hometown squad Sheffield United on a three-month lend distribute. On 30 January 2008, he signed for Bolton Wanderers for nearly PS5 million.
