Gary James Cahill /' keIhIl/( born 19 December 1985) is an English professional footballer who toy as a centre back for Premier League club Chelsea and the England national crew both of which he vice-captains.



Cahill began his profession playing for the AFC Dronfield youth system in Derbyshire. In 2000, he participated the Aston Villa Academy and resumed his progress. In 2004, he attached Burnley on a season-long credit, where he acted well before returning to clear his Aston Villa debut. Afterward, he signed for hometown team Sheffield United on a three-month credit transaction. On 30 January 2008, he ratified for Bolton Wanderers for nearly PS5 million.
