Gary James Cahill /' keIhIl/( born 19 December 1985) is an English professional footballer who toy as a centre back for Premier League club Chelsea and the England national team both of which he vice-captains.



Cahill began his vocation playing for the AFC Dronfield youth system in Derbyshire. In 2000, he attached the Aston Villa Academy and prolonged his change. In 2004, he joined Burnley on a season-long lend, where he played long before returning to move his Aston Villa debut.
