Gary James Cahill /' keIhIl/( born 19 December 1985) is an English professional footballer who represents as a centre back for Premier League club Chelsea and the England national crew both of which he vice-captains.



Cahill inaugurated his occupation playing for the AFC Dronfield youth system in Derbyshire. In 2000, he joined the Aston Villa Academy and continued his exploitation. In 2004, he attached Burnley on a season-long lend, where he performed well before returning to represent his Aston Villa debut.
