Gary James Cahill /' keIhIl/( born 19 December 1985) is an English professional footballer who represents as a centre back for Premier League club Chelsea and the England national unit both of which he vice-captains.



Cahill originated his job playing for the AFC Dronfield youth system in Derbyshire. In 2000, he met the Aston Villa Academy and continued his progress. In 2004, he affiliated Burnley on a season-long loan, where he play-act well before returning to utter his Aston Villa debut. Subsequently, he ratified for hometown fraternity Sheffield United on a three-month loan lot. On 30 January 2008, he ratified for Bolton Wanderers for approximately PS5 million. Cahill acted well for Bolton through the years, cementing a neighbourhood in the first team and becoming vice-captain.
