Gary James Cahill /' keIhIl/( born 19 December 1985) is an English professional footballer who represents as a centre back for Premier League club Chelsea and the England national unit both of which he vice-captains.
Cahill originated his vocation playing for the AFC Dronfield youth system in Derbyshire. In 2000, he assembled the Aston Villa Academy and sustained his growth. In 2004, he affiliated Burnley on a season-long lend, where he accomplished long before returning to fix his Aston Villa debut.
