Gary James Cahill /' keIhIl/( born 19 December 1985) is an English professional footballer who plays as a centre back for Premier League club Chelsea and the England national team both of which he vice-captains.
Cahill originated his busines playing for the AFC Dronfield youth system in Derbyshire. In 2000, he attached the Aston Villa Academy and continued his blooming. In 2004, he joined Burnley on a season-long loan, where he accomplished well before returning to determine his Aston Villa debut. Afterwards, he ratified for hometown fraternity Sheffield United on a three-month credit treat. On 30 January 2008, he ratified for Bolton Wanderers for nearly PS5 million.
