Francesc " Cesc " Fabregas, born 4 May 1987, is a Spanish professional footballer who toy as a primary midfielder for English club Chelsea and the Spain national team.
Fabregas arrived through La Masia, Barcelona's youth academy, leaving at 16 when he was signed by English Premier League side Arsenal in September 2003. He was a key figure in Spain's European Championship wins in 2008 and 2012 and their 2010 World Cup achievement in which he rendered the pass for Andres Iniesta's winning purpose in the final. On 12 October 2015, Fabregas gave his 100 th cover for Spain.
