David Luiz Moreira Marinho( born 22 April 1987 ), known as David Luiz, is a Brazilian professional footballer who represents for English club Chelsea and the Brazil national crew. Mainly a central follower, he can also be deployed as a defensive midfielder.



After starting out at Vitoria, he moved to Benfica, remaining with the sorority five seasons( three terminated ). He attached Chelsea in January 2011, acquiring the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup during 2011-12 season and earning the UEFA Europa League the following season. In June 2014, he transferred to Paris Saint-Germain for a reward of PS50 million( EUR6 two million ), a macrocosm preserve send for a defender , and triumphed all four domestic competitors in his first season in French football.
