David Luiz Moreira Marinho( born 22 April 1987 ), known as David Luiz, is a Brazilian professional footballer who toy for English club Chelsea and the Brazil national crew. Primarily a center guard, he can also be deployed as a defensive midfielder.



After starting out at Vitoria, he endeavoured to Benfica, continuing with the society five seasons( three complete ). He assembled Chelsea in January 2011, triumphing the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup during 2011-12 season and earning the UEFA Europa League the following season. In June 2014, he transferred to Paris Saint-Germain for a fee of PS50 million( EUR6 2 million ), a life register commit for human rights defenders , and triumphed all four domestic competitions in his first season in French football. He returned to Chelsea in August 2016 in a PS30 million commit.



David Luiz met his full international debut for Brazil in 2010 and has since payed over 50 detonators. He was a member of the Brazilian units which won the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup and reached the semi-finals of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
