Francesc " Cesc " Fabregas, born 4 May 1987, is a Spanish professional footballer who represents as a primary midfielder for English club Chelsea and the Spain national team.
Fabregas arose through La Masia, Barcelona's youth academy, leaving at 16 when he was signed by English Premier League side Arsenal in September 2003.
