David Luiz Moreira Marinho( born 22 April 1987 ), known as David Luiz, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays for English club Chelsea and the Brazil national crew. Chiefly a central champion, he can also be deployed as a defensive midfielder.



After starting out at Vitoria, he moved to Benfica, remaining with the sorority five seasons( three ended ). He assembled Chelsea in January 2011, earning the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup during 2011-12 season and acquiring the UEFA Europa League the following items season.
